WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE IN A CYCLE OF SAMENESS?
We created “Pay Day,” an empowerment-themed, true-to-life film of financial decision-making. In the film you meet Nyssa, a plant shop worker, who as a result of poor saving habits, finds herself in a time loop, reliving the same pay day over and over again. That is, until she learns to save for the future with Synchrony Bank. Pay Day became a comedic Trojan Horse for that message: saving today makes all the difference tomorrow. We launched the film on an actual pay day and created a campaign microsite featuring an interactive calculator to help viewers save too. Cha-ching.
